I enjoyed my stay here and appreciated how clean and well-kept the hotel was. The staff were polite and easy to talk to. The location was also great, convenient, and easy to get around from. Lavonne, greeted us each morning with a warm smile and was always happy to help, which made breakfast a pleasant start to the day. Her kindness really stood out. Andrew, the manager, was also helpful and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly during our visit. Overall, comfortable place in a good location with great service.
Located on the main road in Cortez, this hotel was a great jumping off point to enjoy the naitonal park and the surrounding area. Numerous eateries and even a Walmart are just minutes away, with a brewery/restaurant within walking. The lounge area and the rooms are hilton standard - spotless and beautiful. The rooms are chock full of traveler designed amenities - usb charging areas, micro, fridge, coffee - likewise the breakfast of omeletes, sausages, and potatoes were just what one needed before venturing outside. Other amenities included a workout area and an indoor pool - just a great spot. Highly recommend!!
We came to Cortez to explore the area and attend a native american music event. This Hampton Inn is awesome!! The hotel looks as great as if it had been recently renovated- great colors, the carpet and flooring are in great shape, and just shows well. The staff has been really nice. They have been available to answer questions, assist in any extra room linens needed, and have served a great breakfast. When we return to the area, this will definitely be our place to stay.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly nice. I especially want to highlight Lavonne, who prepares breakfast. She keeps the food serving station very clean and has such a cheerful personality that will brighten anyone's day! Andrew, the manager was also great, and his professionalism did not go unnoticed. Great service, clean rooms and hard-working staff. We will definitely be returning!
We arrived late (10 pm) to town and tried another hotel first. They had no one at their front desk so we came here. We were greeted with a smile and obtained a room swiftly. The room was clean and the A/C worked great. Breakfast in the morning was hot and fresh. Waffles, eggs, muffins, bagels etc along with pork green chili stew (spicy!) Nice dining area.
Amazing stay clean rooms quite great hospitality the breakfast and employees were amazing. Great if u have a pet. I highly recommend this hotel the suite was amazing I give y’all 5 stars. My family will stay there again when in town.
Conventionally located less than 5 minutes away from the Walmart and less than 15 minutes away from Mesa Verde National Park visitor center; this hotel was super clean, had good service, and free breakfast. Breakfast was meh. Overall would stay here again great location.
What a beautiful place to stay in Cortez!! The room and bath was spotless and comfortable. The staff is warm and inviting. The price is reasonable. And the breakfast bar is totally amazing!! What a wonderful way to start the day. I made the BEST selection on a place to stay. So easy to book, and email notifications on the reservation. Thank all of you so very much!!
